By dividing the land into separate plots, the value of the estate automatically rises considerably. The land is immediately transformed into a usable parcel for sale or erection of houses. In the case of shared properties, each co-owner acquires their corresponding part in the form of a plot with a separate title deed.

It has to be located in a residential area and face a public registered road

Can a shared parcel be divided into separate plots?

Yes. The parcel can be divided into plots. In the present case, the precondition is the consent between all the co-owners.
